The location
The Quinta lies in Areosa on the edge of Viana do Castelo. The town centre is five minutes away by car, the nearest beach ten minutes on foot, and the mountains of the region are close by. Pilgrims on the Way of St. James pass just 150 m from the Quinta.
A house that suits you
Studios, flats, houses and a villa for up to ten guests. Each house has its own character: old stone walls and terracotta floors meet modern kitchens and bathrooms. We began renovating the whole Quinta in 2021 and reopened it on 28 February 2025.
Everything you need
Every house has a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a Smart TV and a Sonos sound system. The Quinta has a gigabit fibre connection and Wi-Fi 6 throughout, and you check in on your own with a code lock – we are still on site every day.
Room to meet and to unwind
The pool, the gardens and the courtyard are shared by all guests. There is a barbecue area with tables outside, books to borrow and quiet spots in the shade of the olive trees.
Evenings and days out
Watch the sunset from a terrace, light the barbecue with friends or take one of our bikes to the coast. Families, couples, groups and cyclists all find their place here.
